The all-new Figaro Café had its Grand Opening on Thursday 27th 2016. Its location is at the Ghanem Business Center (Burger Building) next to the Westin and Radisson Blu Hotel. This Filipino café franchise opened its second branch in the Middle East (first one in Saudi).
The first thing you notice about the place is the funky mix of décor having a modern and yet a middle-eastern touch. The sliding salad bar, Arabic designed walls, and comfortable chairs all give a cozy feeling to the place. All the bloggers were welcomed with a cute looking cold coffee shot with cream. They served a couple of casual sandwiches, pizza and delicious tasting al dente pasta. The highlight of the evening was the taste of their Butterscotch Vanilla Latte; it tasted hot, creamy and flavoursome.
This was one of the most “chilled out” and calm grand openings that I have ever been to in Doha (oxymoron intended: D). It was very thoughtful of them to give away free coffee for a month and classy looking coffee mugs to everyone.
I would definitely recommend this place to coffee lovers and especially all the Pinoys out there to come and support this franchise. Have you been to any of Figaro’s other locations around the world? What do you love most about Figaro?
