As soon as we were seated, we were served a glass of mix fruit juice as a welcome drink and some papadum along with its condiments (although I had wished the welcome drink would have been “more Indian”, like a shot of Jaljeera perhaps). The menu was very impressive on a Samsung pad; very well organised into an app with sections and lovely pictures which made it hard for us to choose. We ordered the Hawaiian and Berry Good (which were both very well presented and garnished). We went for the Mix Kebab Platter to start off with along with a few seafood selections. The platter consisted of, Hariali Jinga, Badam Sheekh Kebab, Muglai Sheekh Kebab, Fish Tikka, Chicken Tikka and Lamb Chops. I must say, this was one of the best Indian platters out there; every piece was marinated carefully with a burst of flavours in every bite (my fav being the Hariali Jinga). The cheese and garlic Naans were hot, crispy and fresh out of the tandoor. The secret to review an Indian restaurant is through their Butter Chicken which was quite average when it arrived. I was impressed by the creativity of the deserts which made it so hard to choose after a heavy and fulfilling Indian meal. I am so glad we shared and tried the Gulab Jamun Cheese cake which was very well presented by the chef. The Cheesecake was nice and moist and the Gulab Jammun was placed in the core of the cheese cake, giving it an added Flavour in every bite. Over all, the Kebab Platter was the star of the night and I definitely recommend. The pricing is very fair and reasonable. The staff are polite and the service was good (they even serve you directly to your plate).I will definitely be back to try some more.
